Had a question before ordering and they got back to me within the hour. So helpful and friendly from start to finish.
There was a small mix-up with my order and one message was all it took. They fixed it immediately and were so polite about it.
Had an issue with my first parcel and they replaced it right away, no questions asked. That’s how you keep a customer.
Moved house mid-order and they happily sent it to my new address. Really appreciated how easy they made it.
Ordered on a Monday and it arrived Wednesday. Didn’t expect it that quickly, and it was packaged really well too.

Not my first purchase, I’m impressed with the quality as always

This is a very nice duvet set. It’s not too feminine looking and the quality is exceptional. I accented it with a couple of rust colored velvet pillows and I had the pillowsham borders filled with dacron so that they wouldn’tlook so flimsy. This was a great buy, and the quality is exceptional.

I wrongly assumed this gorgeous set was printed and to my delight I ordered another different set which I am expecting any day! Great product, wonderfully comfortable and simply “Class”
