Had a question before ordering and they got back to me within the hour. So helpful and friendly from start to finish.
There was a small mix-up with my order and one message was all it took. They fixed it immediately and were so polite about it.
Had an issue with my first parcel and they replaced it right away, no questions asked. That’s how you keep a customer.
Moved house mid-order and they happily sent it to my new address. Really appreciated how easy they made it.
Ordered on a Monday and it arrived Wednesday. Didn’t expect it that quickly, and it was packaged really well too.

Feel like I am sleeping in a 5 star hotel every night. Amazing comfy sheets. THE best I have ever slept in. Won’t be buying bed sheets from anywhere else ever again! Totally love it! Sets our newly decorated bedroom off beautifully! We will be buying more
