Had a question before ordering and they got back to me within the hour. So helpful and friendly from start to finish.
There was a small mix-up with my order and one message was all it took. They fixed it immediately and were so polite about it.
Had an issue with my first parcel and they replaced it right away, no questions asked. That’s how you keep a customer.
Moved house mid-order and they happily sent it to my new address. Really appreciated how easy they made it.
Ordered on a Monday and it arrived Wednesday. Didn’t expect it that quickly, and it was packaged really well too.

The embroidery is very well made, so beautiful. Corresponds to the description. The fabric is smooth and so soft to the touch. Worth every penny.

Just received this set, it’s exactly like the photo. Honestly, I’m hooked, the fabric is so soft and nice to the touch, I can’t use any other bedding now.
