Had a question before ordering and they got back to me within the hour. So helpful and friendly from start to finish.
There was a small mix-up with my order and one message was all it took. They fixed it immediately and were so polite about it.
Had an issue with my first parcel and they replaced it right away, no questions asked. That’s how you keep a customer.
Moved house mid-order and they happily sent it to my new address. Really appreciated how easy they made it.
Ordered on a Monday and it arrived Wednesday. Didn’t expect it that quickly, and it was packaged really well too.

This bed cover was everything I hoped it would be. The color I ordered was beautiful. As for the weight it is not too light. It has some weight but it is not at all bulky. It has a nice draping effect to it. The pillow covers are roomy. In my opinion it is well worth the money.
