Had a question before ordering and they got back to me within the hour. So helpful and friendly from start to finish.
There was a small mix-up with my order and one message was all it took. They fixed it immediately and were so polite about it.
Had an issue with my first parcel and they replaced it right away, no questions asked. That’s how you keep a customer.
Moved house mid-order and they happily sent it to my new address. Really appreciated how easy they made it.
Ordered on a Monday and it arrived Wednesday. Didn’t expect it that quickly, and it was packaged really well too.

I really love this bedspread. The quality is excellent. I was not disappointed.

Even my husband loves it. Normally he thinks my fuss to get nice bedding is daft – but with this set he has finally had to concede that this bedding is amazing.

This set is exceptional. The duvet cover and matching pillows are beautifully soft and gorgeous. I don’t yet know how it will wash, but the quality of the sewing and edging is outstanding. I even wrote to them asking if they could do a custom fitted sheet for a very high mattress. No problem, they said, and it was done expertly. The fabric feels thick and luxurious. Quality, quality, quality here, for such a relatively reasonable price! Not to mention great customer service. I used to get my bedding from the big-name home stores, but this surpasses anything I have seen; I will never purchase elsewhere again.
